Payroll Checks
How often do you pay your staff? We can prepare payroll checks on a weekly, semi-weekly, bi-monthly or monthly basis, depending on what your business requirements are. Included in this service is a statement of the total net of payroll checks, along with a calculated figure of Payroll Tax Liability so you will know what will need to be deposited with the IRS for payroll taxes.
Quarterly Reports
At the end of each quarter (March, June, September, and December) we would prepare the appropriate State Unemployment Tax Return along with the Federal Form 941.
New Employee Forms
As you add new staff, present regulations require notification to the State’s Unemployment Department. This service is part of our payroll services.
Annual Payroll Forms
At the end of the calendar year, specific forms need to be prepared,along with the usual quarterly reports (as outlined above). The Annual Payroll Reports include the Federal Form 940 and the W-2 and W-3 forms.Our services include this preparation of forms.
